Terms and Condition
1. Payment terms: Payment is due within 30 days. 2% per month is due on overdue accounts.
2. Cancellation fees: 10% before linear, 50% after linear, 100% upon completion.
3. Artist reserves the right to use art for self-promotion. (i.e. website, portfolio, promotional directories)
4. All sketches and preliminary work remain property of the artist.
5. All rights not expressly granted remain property of the artist.
6. Client may not edit, correct, adapt, modify or change the finished artwork in any way, without written
permission from the artist.
7. Grant of any rights is conditional upon payment in full.
8. Revisions which are not the fault of the artist will be billed separately.
9. Client will indemnify, and hold artist harmless against any claim arising from artist’s reliance upon
reference material provided to the artist by the client.
